About the Role
Loddon Primary Federation is seeking two friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Workers to join our team. You will help deliver a high-quality after-school provision, ensuring a safe, fun and welcoming environment for our pupils at the end of the school day. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting children’s wellbeing, helping them to relax, socialise and enjoy a range of engaging activities. Hours of work, Monday to Thursday (3.15pm – 5.45pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils to ensure a safe and positive environment during after-school provision
- Support pupils’ wellbeing, behaviour and safeguarding at all times
- Assist with activities, play opportunities, and snack time
- Help set up and tidy away resources and equipment
- Monitor play areas and respond to minor incidents or first aid needs
- Follow school policies and report any concerns or incidents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the provision
