What skills and experience we're looking for

Greystones Primary School, part of the Peak Edge Academy Trust, is expanding its childcare provision from September, both before, during and after school. We are seeking individuals who can commit to working early morning (07:30 to 08:45), lunchtimes (between 11:30 and 13:15) and after school (15:00 to 18:00).

We are looking for caring and enthusiastic staff members to join our team of playworkers and supervisory assistants who provide excellent childcare provision for our school families during term time, working with our school aged children to help them engage in free and structured play. Successful candidates will oversee children with caring supervision and general child wellbeing skills. As food plays an important role in all of our wraparound childcare, a basic level of Food Hygiene qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential as this will be provided as part of the initial training.
