Vacancy for a Wraparound Care Assistant at Crosshall Infant School
Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 4, Point 3 £8,489
Hours: 14.75 hours per week, Monday-Friday 08:00-08:45 and Monday-Thursday 15:15-18:00, 39 weeks per week (term time plus 5 days)
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Assistant to join Crosshall Infant School! You will support the overall running of the club, providing high-quality education and care for children that attend in a safe and inclusive environment. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children and understands the importance of play, routine and positive relationships.
To support the needs of the school, the successful candidate will be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. These hours will be worked outside of term time and will be based of the staffing needs of the holiday kids club. Reasonable notice will be provided.

The ideal candidate
- Good educational background including GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Previous experience of working within an Early Years childcare setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with parents and staff
