Wraparound Club Assistant job summary

Our new Wraparound provision starts in September and we are looking for a dynamic motivated person to join our team and lead this new provision. You will have great skills working with children, developing opportunities for learning outside of the classroom. This is initially a twelve month contract but subject to future funding we would hope to extend this.

About this Role

This is an exciting time for Old Trafford Community Academy as we continue our development. From September we will be launching our new Wraparound Care provision with a breakfast club from 7.45am each day and an afterschool club operating until 5.30pm

As one of our Wraparound Assistants you will be responsible for delivering varied and enjoyable activities that will be suitable for children from Reception to Year 6 attending the clubs on a daily basis.

You will have a background in working with children, being able to build positive relationships, acting as a positive role model, helping to ensure our children receive the best provision possible

There are three roles available:

2 x Breakfast Club Assistants – working Monday – Friday during term from 7.30am – 8.40am – a total of 5 hours & 50 minutes per week – term time only

1 x After School Club Assistant . working Monday – Friday during term from 3.10pm – 5.45pm – a total of 12 hours & 55 minutes per week – term time only.
