Wraparound Care Lead job summary

This post will suit candidates who are highly motivated and have a keen interest in developing play opportunities for children. The successful candidate will be joining a like-minded and friendly school team.

The post holder will be responsible for planning and preparing a programme of activities, managing and leading a team of staff and taking responsibility for all relevant paperwork and administration in relation to extracurricular activities for children as well as provision for parents and the community. The post holder will also take a lead role in the promotion of extended services in the local area, as well as develop, implement and review the policies, procedures and practices within the provision.

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team with staff, parents and outside agencies.
