Wraparound Care Playworker - Hurst Park Primary Academy

Start Date: ASAP - 31.08.2026 (when the contract will be reviewed and may be extended)

Working Pattern: Tues, Wed, Thurs 07:15 - 08:45 & Monday to Thursday, 3pm until 6pm

Weekly Hours: 16.5 per week, term time only

Due to an increase in pupil numbers, LEO Academy Trust is looking for playworkers to join our expanding wraparound care team.

If you are a caring and enthusiastic person willing to work as part of a team to create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for our wrap around care provision, then this is the role for you! You will help with running the day to day sessions which will include a range of engaging activities.

You will:

  • Need to use your initiative to work on your own, but also
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Contribute to the well-being and safeguarding of all the children and staff.
