Job role: Pastoral, health and welfare

Working pattern: Part time (Can be done as a job share): Hours: 7.30am-8.45am and 3.15pm-5.45pm Monday to Friday during term time (38 weeks a year) ie 18 ¾ per week
Contract type: Permanent
Full-time equivalent salary: £29,094

What skills and experience we're looking for

You will need:

a recognised Level 3 or above childcare qualification (or equivalent A levels) including Maths and English
experience of providing activities for mixed age/ability groups
a sound understanding of child development and of children’s needs
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum
the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative as appropriate
to be reliable and enthusiastic
an excellent record of attendance and punctuality
Awareness of the statutory frameworks relevant to the role
to be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
