Y3 Class Teacher job summary

Do you want to work in a great school that is going places?

We are looking for a Year 3 teacher to join our friendly and supportive team.

You will have to work hard here, but only on the things that make a difference to children’s lives: we don’t do meaningless paperwork or data entry; we don’t grade lessons or monitor your planning; we don’t ask you to do pointless marking, but rather give you time to have meaningful feedback conversations with the children. We are always trying to find smarter ways of working so that you can have a real work-life balance. We are looking for people who are passionate about learning and improving their own practice and we will give you every opportunity and support to do this.
