What skills and experience we're looking for

  • QTS
  • Ability to interact enthusiastically, positively and productively with all pupils, promoting pupil participation, engagement and independence
  • High behavioural and academic expectations that inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Secure knowledge of assessment for learning strategies
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism across every aspect of the role to promote outstanding pupil outcomes
  • Secure working knowledge of statutory safety requirements of in-school roles and up to date training/certification
  • Clear understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • A commitment to our Catholic ethos
