What skills and experience we're looking for

A fantastic teaching opportunity has arisen at Loddington CE Primary School! We are excited to appoint a new full-time, permanent, Teacher, to support, inspire and lead the brilliant children in our Year 2 class with a maximum number of 15 children. With a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed attitude, the successful candidate will join our dedicated team, and drive high quality education for these children, facilitating their progress, both academically and personally. The role of a teacher in the lives of both the children and wider community is a vital and special responsibility. We are therefore looking to appoint a candidate who shares in Loddington’s passion and values, supplemented by thorough knowledge and effective experience, to deliver the very best education for all.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

Ø Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly.

Ø Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.

Ø Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children.

Ø Is able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed.

Ø Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.

Ø Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member.

Ø Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
