The Ridge is a very special learning community. We provide a "fresh start" for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health problems (SEMH). The curriculum is designed to support children in becoming confident and independent learners in a rapidly changing world.
We are looking for two Key Stage 2 Teachers to join us in January 2023. The successful candidates will consistently deliver a good standard of teaching and learning across each area of the school, be compassionate, resilient and have a good understanding of SEMH/EBD.

The Ridge Academy is a specialist provision for children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. We teach children across KS1 and KS2 in small classes with an ambitious curriculum and increased opportunities for SEMH development opportunities.
We have high expectations for our pupils and all our staff work alongside the children, families and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.
