We would like to recruit an energetic, creative and personable Year 6/7 Outreach Transitions Worker who is driven and strives to make a difference in the lives of the children and young people we support. You will join a team of Outreach workers who are currently based at TRUST Primary Learning Support Centre (on the site of the West Leeds Activity Centre) and Horsforth High School. Our Outreach team serves the North West area of Leeds (47 primary and 9 secondary schools) and work can take place in any of these schools.
