Job Overview

We have fantastic opportunity for an inspirational Year Leader, it will require you to work closely with students, teaching staff, parents, and the Senior Leadership team.

The Year Leader team manage all aspects of Pastoral support and Attendance, including leading a programme of thought-provoking assemblies which promote community cohesion and establishes a positive school ethos with particular emphasis on the school’s I LEARN values.

The successful candidate must have the ability to solve problems and show initiative in a range of situations, and be a confident decision maker.
