What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an individual who:

Is able to engage and motivate students to achieve their potential.

Is committing to promoting positive behaviour throughout the school and support students to take responsibility for their behaviour and choices.

Is willing to promote the House system within the school, focussing on students’ social development.

Is able to work in partnership, leading and communicating effectively with students, parents, staff and external agencies.

Has knowledge and understanding of interventions to help students to reach their potential.

Is committed to promoting excellent attendance.

Is able to undertake tracking and analysis of behaviour and attendance using the SIMS systems (desirable)

Is able to work flexibly, adopt a hands on approach and adapt to the needs and priorities of the academy.
