This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our pastoral team managing a year group with responsibility for pastoral care and promoting academic success. Areas of responsibility will include attendance, punctuality, behaviour, standards of uniform, academic progress and day-to-day pastoral issues. Additionally, the Year Manager will be the first point of contact for parents and carers and on occasions may be required to supervise whole classes during the absence of teachers and deliver assemblies.

We are looking for confident, caring individuals who believe the support, care and welfare of our students is the centre of all that we do and are committed to their wellbeing and progress acting as a positive role model at all times.

We are committed to investing in our staff and you will receive a supportive induction programme and have access to high quality CPD. Opportunities are also available for Trust wide working and career development opportunities. You will also receive consistent support from a dedicated Headteacher, SLT, CEO, Trust Central Team, Local Governing Body and Trust Board.
