NO AGENCIES PLEASE Working Pattern: Monday To Friday. 8.20am-4.12pm With A 40 Minute Unpaid Break We have an exciting opportunity for a Year Manager to join the team at the Thomas Knyvett College. This role supports students learning activities by managing the day to day business of the Year Team and assisting with all aspects of student’s progress, including their personal and social development. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping. The postholder will be able to work with others to provide excellent customer service, with good written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (Including English and Maths), or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level. The candidate may be required to hold a certificate of competency in a defined area relevant to the role e.g. first aid at work, ADHD, behaviour management. Thomas Knyvett College is a successful, over-subscribed school. We have made rapid and sustained progress over the last five years.
