About this Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support and inspire engineering apprentices to achieve their qualifications and develop the skills needed for the workplace. You will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all training and assessment meets College and awarding body quality standards. Working closely with employers, colleagues and internal teams, you will help drive positive learner outcomes, strong employer relationships and the continued success of our apprenticeships provision.

About You

Current industry knowledge and occupational competence in electrical, electronic, or dual‑skilled mechanical and electrical engineering

A minimum Level 4 qualification in engineering (or relevant apprenticeship standard)

An assessor qualification (A1 or CAVA), or a willingness to work towards one

GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent

Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
