What skills and experience we're looking for

Why we are recruiting:

Our teaching vacancy is within our main school. For January, we are seeking a 0.6 class teacher to work alongside another qualified teacher, delivering lessons to children who are on our Explorer Pathway. The class comprises of KS1 children who are following a primary model and learning from a primary curriculum requiring a very sensory and active approach. We strongly recommend interested candidates visit the school prior to application.

We are seeking to build a team of teachers who want to be part of the exciting journey helping to shape and develop our new school. Are you:

The Bridge Easton is a new special needs school which opened in Easton in January 2023. The Bridge Easton will grow over the next few years to provide for 170 children and young people with cognition and learning difficulties and autism. As a school we will work with children, their families and other professionals within education, health, and care to support our children and young people to have a successful journey through their education.

In September, we hope to open The Base. The Base will offer a bespoke education to children and young people with severe autism in addition to their cognition and learning difficulties. Our teaching vacancies could be within our main school or within The Base depending on the successful candidates interests and experience.
