We are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed temporary Year 3 Teacher to work closely as part of a job share and alongside the teaching staff to ensure that all pupils, including those in vulnerable groups, make the required progress and maximize their potential. In this role you will work in partnership with Teaching Assistants, Phase leader and Headteacher to teach the full year 3 curriculum, setting high standards from the outset. The successful candidate will be appointed to work 3 days per week, inclusive of PPA. This post is a temporary post, initially until August 2022. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to develop their teaching career, using outstanding pedagogy and inspirational teaching to ensure consistently high standards of learning in order to drive up results and ensure our pupils achieve success.
