This is an exciting opportunity to join Ethos Academy Trust, where we aim to deliver the very best educational experiences for pupils across the primary and secondary age range. Our academies are welcoming, calm and purposeful and, within a nurturing ethos, our learners are stretched academically, supported pastorally and developed socially and emotionally.

The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting learning and securing pupils’ physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence. The role will primarily focus on EYFS and KS1/2 with the flexibility to work across KS1-3. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting our young people in helping them reach their full potential.
