  • Has a proven track record of academic success and a passion for teaching English.
  • Degree in English, QTS
  • Classroom teaching experience KS3-5
  • Lesson planning and curriculum development.
  • Classroom management and maintaining student engagement.
  • Assessment and feedback skills to evaluate student progress.
  • Experience developing course materials and adapting existing resources for students with varying needs
  • Patience, empathy and approachability
  • Building positive relationships with students and fostering a supportive learning environment.
