About you

The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities, with some experience working with children and in supporting teaching and learning. You may be working in a similar role such as a healthcare assistant, if you are passionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant with us.

The Role

We are looking to appoint a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil. The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning within classes. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a pupil's potential.
