1:1 Learning Support Assistant job summary
Post Title: 1-1 Learning Support Assistant
We are seeking a 1-1 Learning Support Assistant to support a child with complex needs. The ideal candidate should be confident in supporting children with social communication difficulties, delayed learning and EAL; experience in these areas would be advantageous.
Start Date: April/May 2025
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, term time plus Inset training days, 39 weeks
Job Type: Fixed Term linked to supporting a child with an EHC Plan
Working Days: Monday – Friday, 9.00 am to 3.00 pm with a 30 minutes unpaid break
Salary Grade: NJC Grade L2 SCP 4 – L2 SCP 5 (FTE £24,404 - £24,790 PA, Actual Salary £15,654 - £15,902 PA) plus LGPS benefits and family private healthcare
