About the role
Work under the specific supervision, instruction and guidance of the class teacher to support the teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
Provide general support to the class teacher in the organization and management of pupils and the classroom.
Assist the teacher in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive learning environment.
Promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
1:1 support for a child with an EHCP.
25 hours per week. Term Time only. Fixed Term for 1 Year

Who we are looking for
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
- Motivation to work with children and young people.
- Accurate spelling and grammar knowledge.
- Good numeracy/literacy skills.
