1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant job summary

The post requires someone with:

Experience of working with children with SEND needs in school and be able to promote an excellent desire for learning

Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children

Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos

Creativity and flexibility in the way you work

Excellent communication skills

Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour

Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
