What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and support a child’s learning and development. You will be required to deliver one-to-one support aligned with the child's individual education plan and learning objectives, working closely with the class teachers to understand specific learning needs and goals. We are looking for someone who can provide encouragement, patience, and positive reinforcement to build independent learning skills and help the child achieve their full potential.
