We value partnerships with parents, carers and the community to create a stimulating, learning environment for the children. We plan an active curriculum that aims to be vibrant, challenging and creative with clear skills progression for learning. The school is at the heart of the village of Glinton, just north of Peterborough. Our core Christian values are at the core of everything we do. They have been written in consultation with our local incumbent, staff, pupils and parents. We are committed to ensuring that all children, regardless of their individual needs or abilities, feel welcomed, supported and celebrated within our community. We work in partnership with families, professionals, and the wider community to provide a nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. The ideal candidate will therefore support and uphold these expectations and standards.

  • A person who understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct;
  • An energetic individual who smiles often, engages with the children and models the values and ethos of our school at all times.
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.

In return, we can offer you:

  • A welcoming and caring school, that encourages everyone to give their best at all times, that aims to contribute all they can to our life as a school community
  • A collaborative and supportive school community that is underpinned by the Christian ethos, driven by a shared passion of children’s welfare and education
