1:1 Teaching Assistant job summary

About Us:

We are looking to recruit a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with Special Educational Needs with effect from December 2025

We are a friendly, multicultural community, working hard to improve the life chances of the young people in our care.

About The Job:

As part of our education support team, you will be working primarily with children on a one to one basis.

About You:

You will be friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and flexible in your approach to work. You will also be patient and child centred, with a strong command of English to support children’s learning. Experience with positive behaviour management strategies would be viewed positively.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
