1:1 Teaching Assistant supporting a SEN child job summary

We are looking to appoint one 1: 1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs within their class during both morning and afternoon sessions.

This role is on a fixed term basis with a child who we expect to leave July 2031 (although this could change) and is for up to 27.5 hours per week. The staff and governors at St Swithun’s are looking for applicants who will work tirelessly to build children’s self-confidence and inspire them in order that they reach their full potential.

Our school is fully committed to keeping our children safe; therefore applicants will be subject to a DBS check, Online Searches, stringent vetting and induction processes including references being sought prior to interview. This role will commence as soon as recruitment checks have been completed.
