What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to recruit a versatile Teaching Assistant whose main responsibility will be to provide support to a specific student on a one to one basis to join Theddlethorpe Academy.

Experience is preferred but in-house training will be provided. Candidates must have a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.

Whilst we welcome applications from all suitable candidates, please consider that our interview process will require you to attend our Trust in person as we do not offer a remote interview process.
