What skills and experience we're looking for
Tall Oaks Academy Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust responsible for three (one junior and two primary) schools in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and highly committed 1-1 Teaching Assistant to work with a child with specific needs to meet the targets set out in their EHCP to support their learning, behavioural, social and emotional needs, along with general class TA’s.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver high quality support in teaching and learning, be able to motivate and inspire children to become the best learners that they can be.
