1 to 1 Educational Teaching Assistant job summary

The purpose of the role is to work under the supervision and guidance of teaching staff, providing dedicated 1-to-1 support for a named child to enable access to learning, promote wellbeing, and facilitate inclusion within the classroom and wider school environment.
