Sheffield South East Trust is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed teaching assistants to work at Woodhouse West Primary School starting as soon as possible.

Woodhouse West is a creative, warm and welcoming school in the South East of Sheffield. We are looking for 2 caring and resilient Teaching Assistants with good curriculum knowledge, who has high expectations for all pupils and a passion for supporting children’s learning. We value those who have a strong team ethos and are also self-motivated in order to develop themselves alongside the children. Taking an interest in the children and their lives at home is an important part of the work we do and our Teaching Assistants are vital in building these relationships.

In return the School and Trust can offer enthusiastic and motivated pupils who want to learn and achieve, alongside hardworking, dedicated and supportive staff and governors. Varied professional development and career opportunities will be available. The permanent candidate will receive training to become a qualified first aider.
