Post: Assistant Headteacher Location: Parkfield School, Hurn, Christchurch, BH23 6DF FTE Salary Range: Leadership Scale 6 – 9, £47,734 - £51,402 Contract Type: Permanent, full time Contract Hours: 32.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday About the role Parkfield is seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to lead our pastoral team across all year groups in our unique all-through school. About the successful candidate Candidates should have the ability to provide highly effective leadership and management to ensure that all pupils have the best possible guidance and support, in line with the aims and ethos of the School. This role will require the successful candidate to generate and deliver the pastoral vision and direction of the School supported by the Headteacher. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire both pupils and colleagues, and communicate knowledge with enthusiasm and a commitment to the highest of academic and pastoral standards. You will have the drive to maintain and raise standards while having the opportunity to develop your own career with the support of an experienced senior leadership team.
