What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for candidates who have a passion and desire to accelerate the progress and raise the achievement of all our children. Successful candidates will have ideally have experience with or desire to work with SEND children, and knowledge of behaviour management / de-escalation techniques would be beneficial.

Goosewell Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the School as soon as possible.

Location:Goosewell Primary Academy, Plymouth. PL9 9HD

FTE Salary Range:NJC Grade C, Point 5 – 7, £21,575 - £22,369 per annum, pro-rata for part time contract

Actual Annual Salary:£16,792.03 - £17,410.01 per annum

Contract Type:Fixed term until 25th July 2023, part time; term-time (39 weeks per year)

Contract Hours:32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
