Marlborough Primary Academy, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Mealtime Assistant to join the School as soon as possible.
Post: Mealtime Assistant
Location: Marlborough Primary Academy, Morice Square, Devonport, Plymouth PL1 4NJ
FTE Annual Salary: NJC Grade A, Point 2, £20,441 per annum, pro-rata for part time
Actual Annual Salary: £3,072,75 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31/08/24, part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 6.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed meal time assistant to work alongside our lunch time team.
About the successful candidate
We are looking for people who have the following experience and qualities:
- Understanding the needs of children
- Understanding of Health and Safety issues
- Understanding of the issues surrounding the safety of children
- Basic knowledge of first-aid

About the Trust
Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.
