2nd Line IT Support Technician job summary

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated 2nd Line Support Technician to join our IT Team. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality IT support service across the Trust, ensuring that technology systems remain secure, reliable, and effective for both staff and pupils.

Working closely with the Head of IT, you will help maintain and develop IT infrastructure, contribute to the implementation of Trust-wide IT policies and procedures, and support the continuous improvement of technology services.

This is a mobile role and will require regular travel between school sites across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
