3x TEACHERS OF COMPLEX NEEDS CLASSES - 2x permanent, 1x one-year job summary
We are looking for three creative and enthusiastic classteachers to join a very supportive staff group, committed to team work. The three teachers will each be delivering lessons to a complex-needs class from each of Teams 3, 4 and 5. Please view the document Curriculum Design in the Curriculum Framework on the school’s website for an explanation of each Team’s curriculum.
The classes will consist of students working within the P-Steps 4-8 range.
Team 3 classteachers deliver lessons in Sensory English, Maths, Science and PSHE (Specialist teachers teach Sensory Food Technology, Art, Music and PE).
Team 4 classteachers deliver lessons in Communication, Cognition, Independence/Self-care, Physical Development and specialist PE and Food Technology.
Team 5 classteachers deliver lessons in Independent Skills, In the Community, Keeping Healthy and Transition to Adulthood.
