A060A Employment Coach (Digital) job summary
As an Employment Coach, you’ll be the driving force behind creating meaningful opportunities for learners on the Digital T Level pathway. You’ll collaborate with employers to build strong partnerships, secure impactful placements, and ensure students complete their required hours—making a tangible difference to their success and career readiness.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people thrive and confident in building relationships. You’ll bring:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Experience engaging with employers or organisations to create opportunities
- A background in supporting or working with young people aged 16-18
- Knowledge of T Level programmes—or a willingness to learn
- Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent), or a commitment to achieve these
- A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Safeguarding
