A075 SEND Review Lead job summary

As a SEND Review Lead, the main focus is to help learners develop their independence in line with Preparing for Adulthood. The role also involves following national and local guidelines, checking that support is working well, and making sure each learner is on the right course for their needs.

About You

• Experience supporting post-16 learners with SEND, including reviewing their progress and support needs.
• Good understanding of EHCPs and working with young people who have them.
• Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent) qualification, plus English and Maths at GCSE Grade C/Level 2 (or willing to work towards).
• Safeguarding experience in an education or support setting.
