What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver all exams and assessments across the College
  • Lead and support the Exams Team and invigilators
  • Manage exam timetables, entries, results, and certification
  • Act as the main point of contact for awarding bodies, regulators, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
  • Work with curriculum teams and SEND services to support learners’ needs

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in exams administration or assessment management
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of JCQ and awarding body regulations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing deadlines, complex schedules, and multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Team leadership experience and FE/multi-campus experience are desirable
  • Must be able to travel between sites
