What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a passionate and committed individual with:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification.
  • Experience of teaching in Further Education and delivering BTEC programmes.
  • Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum.
  • A strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment within FE.
  • A track record of success in teaching and experience of relevant curriculum delivery.
  • A commitment to Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding and continuous professional development.
