What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and committed individual with:
- A relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification.
- Experience of teaching in Further Education and delivering BTEC programmes.
- Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum.
- A strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment within FE.
- A track record of success in teaching and experience of relevant curriculum delivery.
- A commitment to Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding and continuous professional development.
