We are seeking an Academic Mentor to join our team - someone who is passionate about supporting children to succeed and ready to make a real difference.

This is a high-impact role, working closely with teachers and leaders to deliver targeted support, close gaps in learning and help pupils build confidence and achieve their full potential.

What you’ll do:

Deliver high-quality 1:1 and small group support in English and mathematics

Work with teachers to identify and address gaps in learning

Track progress and demonstrate impact

Provide class cover where required, ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality learning.

Contribute to wider school improvement priorities
