Here at Reaside, we are proud of our growing reputation as a student focused academy. We are committed to offering our students the best experience possible. Due to our ongoing growth, we are now looking for an Academy Administrator to join the team.

As the post holder at the academy, you will work closely with the Senior Academy Administrator supporting the work of a busy and dynamic department.

You will be the primary point of contact for enquiries from prospective parents, pupils and clients by email, phone, or in person, and will include a variety of administrative duties and responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Requirements for the post are:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Significant Administrative skills

- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise, and adapt to changing demands.

- Accrued experience of using IT systems

- Be an effective and interactive team player.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an excellent experience to pupils, and the Reaside team.

Greenheart possesses a network of Administrators across the Partnership, so you will have opportunities to work with colleagues across the hubs, to support and deliver the best pupil experience possible.
