What we’re looking for

An enthusiastic Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant to join our progressive Multi-Academy Trust. The successful candidate will be able to make a real difference to the procurement cycle.

Ensure accurate invoice processing, including coding, PO conversion, expenses and Bursary

Raising sales invoices and ensuring sales are receipted

Engage in effective supplier management

Ensure all payments from the Trust are in accordance with the strict Trust rules

Ensure the Trust’s purchasing policies are adhered to

Participate in the development of scalable improvements

Help to engender a supportive and positive working culture

Position Details

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (open to disussions for part-time hours or term-time plus 5 weeks (£26,678 - £27,557))

Holiday entitlement starts at 27 days for full-time, plus statutory bank holidays

8:00-16:00 Monday - Thursday, 8:00 - 15:30 on Fridays
