Achievement Assistant Level 1 job summary

Oak Hill First School is excited to be recruiting for an Achievement Assistant to join our team.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with highly experienced and supportive staff, in a fast-paced and varied environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with a range of individuals and teams to cultivate positive and effective relationships with their excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

The hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:10pm (30 hours per week). On a fixed term basis until July 2027. Term time only, plus training days.

We are looking for an Achievement Assistant who can support the classroom teacher with their responsibility for the development and education of children, including those with special physical, emotional and educational needs, by utilising detailed knowledge and specialist skills.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
