Achievement Support Assistant - Level 2 (1:1)
Griffin Primary School are looking to appoint an excellent Level 2 (Grade 4) Achievement Support Assistant to join our dedicated and motivated team to work with one SEND pupil joining our school from September. The role will be supporting the academic, social and emotional development of the pupil. We are looking for someone adaptable, flexible and resourceful.
We want support staff who have the drive and passion to ensure that our children achieve the very best outcomes.
We are part of Venn Multi Academy Trust. Venn is a group of inspirational and aspirational mainstream and specialist schools in South, East and North Yorkshire whose main objective is to ensure that all pupils make exceptional progress through the development of outstanding staff.
19.5 hours per week Term Time only 190 day.
Term time actual annual salary - £11,662
This is a fixed term position initially due to pupil allocation and funding.
Our ideal candidate will have:-
Previous experience of working with SEND pupils.
Level 2 English and Maths or above.
A high level of communication skills.
Be competent in the use of I.T. equipment.
