Achievement Support Assistant
32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days
The Directors of St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring, and highly motivated Achievement Support Assistant (L2 TA) to work as part of the SEND team at St Mary’s College.
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated SEND/Inclusion team at St Mary’s College.
The successful candidate will work alongside teaching and support staff to help students with a range of additional needs access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone who is:
Patient, positive and approachable
Passionate about supporting children and young people
Able to build strong, supportive relationships with students
A good team player with excellent communication skills
Committed to inclusion and helping every student succeed
Experience of working with children or young people with SEND would be an advantage, although training and support will be provided.
