We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of our school each morning.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our school office running smoothly. From greeting visitors and answering phone calls to supporting senior staff and managing school systems, you’ll help ensure everything stays on track behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Welcome visitors and answer phone enquiries in a warm and professional manner

Ensure school security procedures are followed, including visitor sign-in and badges

Accept deliveries and distribute mail appropriately

Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team

Manage the main school diary and term dates, and support the Head’s schedule

Draft and send letters to parents on behalf of staff and Head

Maintain accurate pupil records on Arbor and Scopay

Monitor and manage office stationery supplies

Previous admin experience (especially in a school) is helpful, but not essential – training will be provided
