Earith Primary School is looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This varied role provides essential administrative support across finance, HR, admissions, communications, and school resources, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Working closely with the School Non-Education Lead and central Trust colleagues, you will play a key role in supporting operational processes and enabling staff and pupils to thrive.

This role will also involve filming, editing, and producing engaging content for school communications and events, as well as arranging, uploading, and managing digital content across our online platforms. You will maintain and update the school website to ensure information is accurate and current, and design and produce awards and certificates for our weekly assemblies. Additionally, you will support the creation of visual and multimedia resources for newsletters, social media, and other promotional materials, working closely with staff and leadership to ensure all content reflects the school’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across finance, HR, admissions, communications, and school resources.
  • Assist with financial processes including purchase orders, invoice processing, income monitoring, and supplier management.
  • Support recruitment administration, staff records, payroll, and absence monitoring.
  • Maintain pupil records, support admissions, and generate data reports.
  • Prepare news stories, surveys, and communications for staff and parents.
  • Coordinate IT, maintenance, and resource requests to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across local schools and central Trust teams.
